Using SavvyMove
Begin with a question, property or goal.
Tell Savvy what you are trying to achieve and what matters to you. A conversation can help form a clearer brief, compare options or identify questions around a particular property. The usefulness of an answer depends on the information supplied and the availability and freshness of relevant sources. See the example journeys →
Listings and reports
Tell us which property and what appears wrong.
Advertised information may originate with the listing agent, while report findings may come from external records, automated estimates or SavvyMove analysis. Include the property address or report reference, the information concerned and why you believe it may be inaccurate. We can review its presentation or source, but some corrections must be made by the originating agent or data provider. Understand the evidence structure →
Agents and complaints
Use the appropriate formal route when necessary.
If a complaint concerns an estate or letting agent, raise it with that business first and follow its published complaints procedure. Where applicable, the agent’s redress scheme may provide an independent escalation route. You may also notify SavvyMove so that we can examine information or conduct relevant to the platform, but SavvyMove does not replace a regulator, redress scheme or court.
Data and privacy
Ask about access, correction or deletion.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including information used in AI and voice-enabled features. When making a rights request, describe what you want us to do and use the email address associated with your account where possible. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
Urgent matters
